3D Printing
We offer efficient, cost-effective 3D printing for production runs, and — where a project calls for it — fully bespoke work that combines printing with our resin casting, hand-finishing and painting processes for a genuinely custom result.
Whatever your sector or your brief, our in-house team can develop the design with you and produce it at our Folkestone, Kent factory.
What Is Our 3D Printing Service?
We run a growing in-house fleet of FDM printers for efficient, accurate production, and SLA (resin) printers for fine-detail masters and premium finishes — all housed alongside our 20+ other manufacturing processes at our Kent factory.
We provide a final product printed accurately and cost-effectively at the quantity your project needs — pricing scales with volume. Because printing itself needs minimal manual labour, we offer genuinely competitive trade pricing.
Many projects also take advantage of our other manufacturing processes: combining 3D printing with eco resin for weight, hand-finishing for detail and texture, or using a 3D-printed master in our pewter and stone-resin casting processes — to create something a standard print alone couldn't achieve.
We work across a wide range of sectors and project types, and we're always glad to hear from a business or organisation with something new to develop.
